Ah….exercise. It can be a four letter word for some, others absolutely adore it, and some could love it or leave it. No matter what one thinks of it, the bottom line is that we all need it. Exercise is one of THE most important things in achieving and maintaining optimal health. These days, exercise should really be something that is prescribed, not only just like medications, but ultimately instead of medications.

Mandarin Mimosa Mocktail

Cheers to the weekend friends! I’m back on track with my good habits instead of allowing my gluttonous holiday self to make poor decisions.

In addition to eating a variety of healthy plant-based foods, drinking lots of water and getting enough rest, I am sticking with the magnesium regimen recommended by my chiropractor after my car accident in November. Magnesium has been a life saver for me in helping reduce pain and spasms in my neck and back, as well as giving me relief from the headaches.
