Ah….exercise. It can be a four letter word for some, others absolutely adore it, and some could love it or leave it. No matter what one thinks of it, the bottom line is that we all need it. Exercise is one of THE most important things in achieving and maintaining optimal health. I love talking about food and making sure we are eating a well-balanced plant-based diet. With vegan food choices gaining popularity and more people learning about its health benefits, we are also seeing an increase of heavily processed vegan food.
